01 · ORDER
You order in writing and receive an order confirmation and invoice. After full receipt of payment, Laigo confirms receipt by email.
02 · PREPARATION
Laigo installs and tests the local AI appliance before shipping. In parallel, your IT team receives the technical preparation checklist.
03 · SHIPPING
As a rule, the tested appliance ships about two weeks after receipt of payment. You receive tracking information and coordinate contacts.
04 · COMMISSIONING
One to two working days after delivery, your administrators and Laigo commission the system together – usually in about 90 minutes.
05 · PRODUCTIVE
After HTTPS access, user management, document upload, local answers and a reboot, Laigo-GPT is ready for productive use by your team.

No. The intended core operating mode is completely offline. For optional web research, the customer can commission an external search service themselves and selectively enable the connection.
Processing takes place locally on the appliance. Uploaded documents are processed in the respective chat; in the current standard scope, this does not create permanently separate search indexes or vector databases.
Employees use an HTTPS-protected browser interface in the customer network. The recommended setup comprises one local admin account and up to 49 standard users.
For commissioning or later support, the customer provides time-limited SSH access after their own approval, preferably via VPN. After the appointment, the customer can deactivate the access again.
Pre-installation and testing of the appliance, the guided technical commissioning, the basic configuration and the administrator's basic briefing are included. In-depth user or use-case training can be requested separately.
